Job Summary:

The Data Analytics Associate Manager is responsible for influencing business strategy through data and analytics. The position is also responsible for managing and leading data and analytics of critical importance to drive business results as well as coaching and developing a team of analysts.


This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes data and analytics expertise to coach and develop a team of analysts
  • Manages and leads data and analytics of critical importance
  • Influences strategy through data and analytics
  • Compiles, cleans, organizes and analyzes complex data to understand business results
  • Monitors and evaluates business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicates results and recommendations to management
  • Communicates and presents complex project information to team and provides presentations/updates to senior leadership
  • Provides data and analytics expertise to support and collaborate across business units
  • Provides technical expertise
Supervisory Responsibilities:This job does have supervisory duties.Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics, IT or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of data and analytics experience
  • 3 years of insurance experience
Functional Skills:
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in different programming languages such as SQL and R
  • General insurance knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with Big Data
  • Strong leadership skills

Compensation offered for this role is $110,000.00-$116,900.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
