• Works with project and product teams and is accountable for all aspects of software quality within assigned area. The assigned area for this position is Servicing Platforms.
• Ensures adherence to and improvement of, frameworks, tools, processes, service levels, quality metrics, and best practices to support quality assurance within assigned area.
• Supports the evolution and maturing of QA methodology across a complex and varied business and tech landscape.
• Leads QA improvement initiatives across their assigned area working to enable simplification and change on a common as possible distinct as necessary basis.
• Works in a rapidly changing landscape to build relationships and gain influence in support of strategic approaches.
• Works with varied and diverse teams comprising inhouse, vendor and third-party resources.
• Experienced: 5+ years experience in QA /Test Function preferably with experience of Azure DevOps tools
• Technically minded: Aware of software engineering pronciples and processes, particularly as they relate to vendor supplied software.
• Change Management: Ready to put forward new thinking and champion it often dealing with people who have conflicting opinions.
• Collaborative: Working with third party suppliers as part of your team and across different engineering functions working with the best that each has to offer to provide and implement solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Working across engineering streams, ability to navigate conflicting interests and to keep people on side.
