Wilson Alber’s, an Alera Group Company is seeking a Human Resource Service Partner to join our Human Resource’s team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and is also a mainly remote, “work from home” position, with limited office visits required!

Key responsibilities


  • Work closely with other HR team members to execute all activities related to the HR function for our clients.

  • Communicate, plan, and prioritize to execute daily responsibilities.

  • Utilize multiple technologies, such as Excel, Word, Adobe and HRIS systems to execute projects and track/share information.

  • Assist clients in a variety of recruitments, managing the candidate pool throughout the process.

  • Develop collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers for the overall good of the business.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years’ of HR experience preferred.

  • SHRM and/or PHR Certification preferred.

  • Experience working with customers/clients.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
