Job Summary:

This position consults with customer departments to identify targeted initiatives through the design, implementation, delivery, maintenance and evaluation of online training/departmental resources. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on content and deliver training on Products, Systems, and Onboarding for various audiences.
• Design, deliver and maintain Product, System and Process training for various audiences.
• Design, manage and maintain learning management systems.
• Design, manage and maintain training knowledge resource and affiliated libraries.

Supervisory Responsibilities:This job does not have supervisory duties.Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related field

2-3 years of instructional design experience building training content in multiple media types

2-4 years training facilitation experience with a variety of audiences

Experience in agile project work and delivery is helpful

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Functional Skills:

Software experience with:

• SharePoint

• Camtasia

• Adobe Cloud

• Articulate

• Learning Management Software

Compensation offered for this role is $61,500.00-$105,750.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
