The Marketing team at WTW supports the company's growth, revenue goals, and global brand consistency through strategic marketing campaigns. As a member of the North America CRB Segment Marketing team, you'll focus on promoting CRB products and services within industry verticals. You'll collaborate with CRB colleagues to manage marketing activities, support growth, and maintain brand integrity. Successful candidates must have business acumen, relevant marketing experience, and strong project management, communication, and team skills.

The Role



This position is hybrid and open to candidates from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities include:

Clients


  • Execute comprehensive marketing plans – on time and on budget

  • Provide informed advice and guidance to key stakeholders on the most appropriate marketing programs.

  • Introduce innovative and effective ideas/delivery channels that are engaging to clients and prospects

  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal clients and marketing colleagues to set expectations, advance projects, and troubleshoot issues

  • Understand buyer roles, segmentation strategies and best practices to effectively target and deliver messaging



Excellence


  • Partner with CRB leaders to develop marketing strategies that support specific objectives to:

  • Enhance and foster relationships with existing clients

  • Generate sales leads and new client acquisition

  • Create internal awareness of key marketing initiatives

  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities and costs

  • Use best practices and available marketing tools and resources

  • Operate within WTW agreed policies, procedures, compliance and core values, demonstrating a consistent and corporate approach.

  • Contribute to the development of the marketing budget and manage costs to ensure planned expenditure is met including reporting and analysis of marketing effectiveness and impact

  • Be a WTW brand champion



Colleagues


  • Build/strengthen relationships across CRB to define business objectives and sales opportunities

  • Partner with marketing colleagues to foster collaboration and coordination across roles and responsibilities

  • Develop/update relevant marketing skills including in some specialized areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.) where appropriate

  • As required, effective management of direct reports

The Requirements



  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, professional services, or B2B
  • Experience with creating new marketing opportunities and a proven background of engaging clients with innovative and engaging methods that produced measurable results for positive ROI
  • Demonstrated social and digital marketing expertise
  • Excellent influencing skills, executive presence and the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly
  • Ability to self-direct and switch between strategic and tactical responsibilities
  • Confidence to navigate ambiguity and prioritize actions from a variety of stakeholders
  • Diligent listening skills and superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to participate as an active member of an energetic team
  • A completer-finisher mind-set. The ability to drive and deliver projects in a timely manner regardless of any obstacles or challenges
  • An ability to be flexible and adaptable across a range of tasks; change and adaptability and an ability to work through ambiguity
  • A good eye for detail and ability to think logically through projects as well as issues that present themselves.
  • Marketing, communications, public relations or business administration degrees welcomed, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required


This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation



The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 USD.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
