I have a fanny Mae loan, I tried everything to save my home. I was refused any help. I even tried to sell it, but I owed more than it was worth.i face forecloser. And I cant do anything about it. I used all of my savings and can no longer make payments. Now my credit is damaged. I did everything they asked and sent paperwork numberous times.they tell me its being worked on. but they sent me a letter telling me it was going to fore closure. They told me I could give them my deed, in lew of fore closure. I told them they were crooks. I love my home and don’t want to lose it,it was everything to me.

I to have lost my home to Freddie MAC and Nationstar. I was approved for a lone with Whitney Bank, no one from Nationstar would speak with the loan officer so we could provide necessary loan documents. Home is now with Freddie Mac they are refusing to sale to me because “my name is on the title.” They gave me a sale price, the bank is willing to secure the loan, but Freddie Mac said they will not issue a contract and the funds has to be in cash. I am at a lost, not understanding the process of keeping families in there homes.

Are there any other steps that I can take? I have contacted the Louisiana Attorney General, Senators Landrieu Office and the CFPB. I still had to leave my home of 10 years with the a loan from a viable bank. I am disgusted and confused.
