Although there may not be enough available medical data to satisfy the burden of proof in a legal case against Insurance Companies or any other liable party, the consumer has every right to make a claim when damages occur. It is the consumer\’s iniciative to the solution to the problem which can very well be the lack of medical data as opossed to his right to make a claim. Let\’s not forget that since these are mostly civil cases, the burden of proof is not required but rather a preponderance of evidence is what we are looking for to make judgement.

What can a person do if they have been exposed to toxic black mold for extended periods over time (7 hr a day for at least a year) and suffering illnesses from the exposure?

Who can help them recover their health & pay them for their pain & suffering from this nightmare?

Can you please help me with these issues?

I have the symthms for mold and I went to hospitals too many times and when I asked the owners for the building to pay part of the fees and the medical bills they said that I signed a contaract saying that they are not responsibale for any medical fees caused by mold. is that fair.

Hesham …Is it against the Landlord-Tenant Act Law for your Landlord to have you to sign a contract saying that they are not responsibale for any medical fees caused by mold or at least it is here in the Alabama Landlord-Tenant Law. Check into it with a Toxix Tort lawyer. That Toxic Mold nearly killed my brother and made me severely sick.

We got very sick from mold. We joined a support group and got well naturally. Ask others who have gotten well what helped them. Many of us get sensitized to toxins after being accutely poisoned in our homes, workplaces, and other exposures. Mold is a growing problem. (pun intended) Test for mold using the HERTSMI

I was exposed to Mold over a year ago and still today have major problems as a result, it’s sad when a property is aware of water damage but still lease it out, exposing me to toxic mold. Without money and the proper health care the damage only worsen over time. I am a living witness that being exposed to toxic mold leads to ongoing health problems, nothing to take lightly when breathing in toxic mold because exposure affects a person body as a whole.
