They are HORRIBLE. They suckered me in, too. Started by negotiating a huge lease on a building. Over $4000 a month, plus all the other expenses. Then they said you can take a monthly draw of $4000 a month, even before you actually start bringing in commissions. That was fine for like 9 months. Then out of the blue a week before Christmas they said sorry, you are not bringing in enough commissions to sustain your draws so there are not more. I begged for more time. I was less than $1000 off their “bench mark”. I kept plugging away at it. I worked for the next 2 months harder than ever and not only met but exceeded their “benchmark” that was the reason they took away my pay. But they said that my commissions needed to be not $4000 but $6000 a month now and had to increase by $1000 each month and then they would look at it again and maybe start paying me. I was devistated but still not ready to give up. I kept plugging away for 9 more months with no pay. Until I lost my home, my car and they told me they were coming to take away my business. They had slowly froze all of my agency appointments to the point where I had no cost worthly companies available to sell to my clients.
