Great post, Michael. There is always a lot of confusion when it comes to Surety in general for contractors. It’s hard to figure out where to start for most of them! I like the 5 bullet points provided to help contractors gather the necessary information before applying for a surety bond–good stuff. I don’t know if this is the place to ask a question or not, but! I’d like to know how long a bond is in place after a business closes their doors?
Appreciate any help,
Jim G.
