Market Detail: Beacon Hill Associates is offering a new environmental product called PartnerPremises, a fixed site pollution product specifically designed to cover main street commercial risks. PartnerPremises combines ease of access, quality coverage and inexpensive cost. The policy provides on and offsite bodily injury, property damage and clean up costs with an option for mold coverage included with every indication. Enhancements such as nonowned disposal site coverage and over-the-road pollution coverage are also included. PartnerPremises is designed for specific main street types of risks and will not work for those properties with heavier environmental exposures.
