I have a small agency just about 350K in premiums. My profit is very little after all is said and done. I subscribed to an agency management system about a year ago but I am finding that I rarely use it. Should I consider not having it?
I’d say keep it, use it and get the most out of it. Most management systems wil, at least, save you time allowing you to invest it on developing your agency in different areas as you see fit, I guess the answer depends on what your agency’s goals are. Good luck!
