    Couldn’t agree more, Chris. This is a great article and you make some extremely important and valid points. There’s no place for incompetence in the technical side of insurance nor egregious marketplace behavior. If we want our client-base to view us in a higher light we must diligently defend our standards and hold all industry participants to them. Again, great perspective. Thanks for writing this piece.
