Funny Mr insurance man you don’t once mention why Sole proprietors were FORCED into compliance with something that had nothing to do with them i.e. workers compensation ,nor who sponsored/authored the bill and who is harmed by same(many of us sole proprietors never wanted anything to do with this ***** called workers compensation). The ruse that this bill would get things back into control does exactly that ! Forces everyone without their consent to either incorporate(llc included here),come up with near 4000 dollars before the business year begins for that collectivistic WORKERS COMPENSATION REFORM, or plane and simply go out of business. Well ,there are unplanned incedentals are’nt there mr. insurer/lawyer?

On the other side of the coin people like my son are treated like criminals for being shot twice at a CVS during a robbery. He had two jobs and because he was shot at work, (catastrophically injured) he cannot use his private insurance to have needed surgery. See SAMSLAW.ORG.
