Not only are doctors and lawyers involved in fraud, you can include the State of New Jersey.
On June 7, 2004 (MMLIPA) law was created. This law charges the employers of NJ , podiatrists, optometrists, dentists and chiropractors annual fees , so to help pay for surgeons liability insurance.
Not only are we paying high medical insurance premiums, now we pay extra to go to the dentist and other doctors as well.
The state of NJ is making sure that the lawyers bottom line is still protected and screw the citizens of NJ.
This in my opinion will raise the bar on all types of insurance fraud in NJ.

What about the billions defrauded by Insurance carriers w/ bs denials and intentional delay in processing claims? Guess that is not important. The minority of money “defrauded” by citizens or doctors is literally nothing compared to how much the American public has been screwed financially and in the open by companies like Allstate/Encompass. Take your commercials and propaganda of “fighting fraud” and stick it in your bill review and investigation box.

its propaganda. The “Insurance Fraud Prevention Act”, should also be known as “The Act For Insurer Profit”. The Insurance Industry has figured out loby/bribe the politicians and own/bribe the courts and they can make billions by screwing the people. They have created a whole new branch of government and laws to help prosper. Unconstitional, help feds
