I am on Medicaid and am looking to lower my insurance costs. I was wondering if Collision coverage is included or if there is an extra charge
    for Collision.

    Please let me know.

What happens if it is my fault and I don’t have any liability coverage. Can I be sued. Who will cover the other driver.

    To whom it may concern,

Last week my 13 year old son was struck by an automible operated by a driver that had a Dollar A Day policy.

Shocked, does not explain my feelings when I was informed this driver has a Dollar-A-Day policy, and that it would cover $0 towards my sons serious injuries. He has had one surgery already and with have a minimum of another if not more!!

How does the State of NJ allow a person to drive a vehicle in this state without overage for someone they have injured??

The insurance rates in this State are outragous, no one wants to pay them, but we are forced to do so.

The driver of the vehicle that struck my son stated she suffers from seizures. This person should not be driving at all! The state encourgaged her driving with the enforcement of this plan.

They call this insurance coverage? Basically, owners of this so called coverage pay $365 a year to carry a piece of paper in their wallet. This ranks top on major mistakes the law makers of this state have made.

I am not a person that believes in law suits, but I plan to sue everyone and everything I can in this case.

In addition, once I meet with my attorney this week, I plan on “letters to the editors” informing “insured” motorists of this outrageous insurance plan. I have spoke to more than 100 people in the past week, all of which were not aware such a plan existed. People need to know! The numbers in your article raise the severity of this situation. Insured motorist, that actually have coverage, need to be made aware of the number of vehicles on the road, that will assume no responsibility for their actions if they injure them or someone in their families.

How may people or their family members, in this law making body, have been effected by the lack of liability coverage the owners of the dollar a day plan? Their outlook may be different if it has a personal impact, such as the impact my family is faced with now!

Hello, I have Medicaid and Food Stamps and was told by a couple friends that they have $1 day car insurance because they either have Medicaid or Medicare. How can I get this car insurance?
