PIANY Urges Participation for CE Credits in its “March Madness” Program

The Professional Insurance Agents of New York State Inc. announced that its premiere “March CE Madness” will take place March 23-24, 2004, at the Holiday Inn Turf, Albany.

The program is designed for agents and brokers looking for four, eight, 12 or 15 continuing education credits to renew their licenses. Some courses will provide property/casualty as well as life credits.

March CE Madness will feature eight education sessions-taught by top-industry instructors-throughout the two-day program and includes the following topics:
— Errors & Omissions Loss Control and Contractual Liability taught by Bruno Falvo, CIC, CPCU;
— Changes in HO 2000; Concerns in Personal Lines; Human Resources; and Agency Operations taught by Mary LaPorte, CIC, CPCU; and
— Insurance Claims and Ethics & Fraud-Conduct by an Insurance Professional & Consumer taught by Brian Merriam, CPCU, ARM, AAI.
