Pinnacle Training & Consulting, headquartered in Simsbury, Conn., a leading provider of training, implementation services, and insurance education to the insurance industry, announced that Lisa Colletto has been named a partner and is now Director of Agency Services and Resource Management.
She has been serving as Pinnacle’s Director of Agency Services, responsible for the development and servicing of Pinnacle’s independent agency customers.
“Lisa has worked with Pinnacle for the past six years and has contributed greatly to our success,” stated the firm’s Managing Partner Rich Boudreau. “I’m very pleased that she will now join Pinnacle as a Partner. In her new role, Lisa will work with Pinnacle Consultants to maintain consistent product knowledge and to ensure the highest levels of service are delivered to our customers.”
With 25 years in the insurance industry Colletto is fully experienced in all aspects of insurance agency operations, from personal lines to commercial lines, from customer service to production and account management. “She is capable of assuming any seat in the office,” said the announcement.
Before joining Pinnacle, she was a consultant, specializing in agency automation software, agency workflow and procedures, educational curriculum design, data conversion, timeline development, implementation, and training. She provided services to more than 200 insurance agencies and worked with several insurance industry vendors as a business analyst. Colletto holds the CIC Designation and is working on her CPCU designation.
