D’Amato probably lobbies directly for Commerce Insurance on the side! Of course he thinks it will not work!
Clearly Mass. Auto is a broken system. It does not make poor drivers pay enough for their bad driving records! Should’nt someone pay more if they have more incidents??? Not in MASS!
Up here in the Northern New England states, the Assigned Risk plan works beautifully! Because there are so many markets available for marginal drivers, it is not very often we have to use it. Most “poor” drivers fit in perfectly into AIG or Progressive at a very competitive rate.
D’Amato is based in Cambridge MASS. Otherwise known as the People’s Republic of Cambridge!!!
Does anyone talk about tort reform in this state. In this state bodily injury has gone through the roof while the state legislature, run by attorneys for attorneys, sits by and lets the system run amock. Instead of attempting to fix the problem they keep raising rates and taking advantage of the inner city and poorer drivers. This state is a joke
