One has to wonder why, when USI has ZERO organic growth, do they continue to spend the stockholders money and purchase more agencies. Perhaps this is the only way they can increase the size of USI, ’cause the producers can’t produce new business…

It’s the only way they can play with the numbers, something they’re really good at.

Stock is in the tank, too.

If nothing else, they are consistent. They absolutely can not get out of their way enough to put new organic business on the books – so they spend the shareholders money buying it! Oh so glad I sold my stock while it was worth a little something. Someone should send Dave Eslick the book “Good to Great” – – maybe it will help him before he takes an organization that was flirting with good, operating at marginal and drives it to extinct!
