    What about the Hartford. Why are consumers made to feel like the companies are doing us a favor by lowering rates. I know the companies are all looking to make a profit whicxh is fine. But if you have no claims or tickets shouldn’t you qualify for a discount every year

    Your quoting of Howard Mills self-serving dribble, praising Gov. Pataki, makes my stomach turn. This guy, with no insurance background, was just appointed as Supt of Ins as a political payback for running as the Republican sacrificial lamb against Sen. Schumer. To print this garbage quote only makes it seem that the Journal is not an independant source of “news”. Come on!
