Governor Rendell please sign the bill and help put responsibility back into peoples actions in our state. This is not an issue that harms anyone except for people who act responsible being tied up to others who are not. Business in general is harmed by NOT having this bill signed. Why would I ever want to manufacture a product in the state of PA knowing that I would be liable if someone misused my product and didn\’t have the means to pay for the damage they caused to another so the injuried party could sue me for surely the courts would deem me at least 1% wrong for manufacturing the product.
