What a messed up legal system we have. An Iranian woman wins a 27.5 million lawsuit against Southwest airlines for racial profiling and false imprisionment. A baby is born with CP and gets an award of $4m from the Dr. and hospital. I guess its better(from a financial perspective) to be insulted than born with a terrible defect. In both cases the lawyers stink! Always do b/c of greed.

Ok if the mother is in active labor by definition the baby has not been born yet- so how do you stop breathing when you are inside the mother and still connected to an umbilical cord. What was the unborn baby breathing…. amniotic fluid? Also what about the PA cat fund and why is there no cat fund limit available on this case?

So was this one of John Edwards cases? It sounds like his MO. Take a disabled child into the court room and argue that there HAD to be someone responsible for this poor child\’s condition, regardless of the medical research showing that birth trauma does not cause cerebral palsy. Who can say no to a poor disabled child.

I am not here to judge anyone in this case. I am simply here to defend Dr. Pazmino. I have been hearing so many negative things about him and honestly it irritates me a little. I just had my second surgery done by Dr. Pazmino a few days ago, and I have no complaints. He has actually been the only Dr so far to listen to me about the pain I have been in for so long. I have no idea what happened with this little boy and I\’m sorry it has to happen to anyone, but God never gives you anything he doesn\’t think you can handle. Of course it seems unfair to be dealt a bad hand, but it happens. I have an uncle that does not have millions of dollars and he has the same disability, but he is happy. Putting one of the only hospitals left in this area out of business is devistating to so many people. How about those people? You could say that is also unfair. True? I have also heard so many different stories about what this case is about, and all I have to say is that it is really sad that people have nothing better to do than make up awful stories about a Dr they have never even been in contact with. I was \”warned\” to not let him work on me, but I never doubted his abilities to care for me. Not for a second!!

yah know i am so sick of all this its yous falt this happend or that happend. if every one would just stop blaming people when stuff happens then the world would be better off. god works in misterious ways. nothin happens that shouldnt. there is a reason for everything. and just cause it does happen and your hurting dosnt mean that somone is at falt. and it dosnt mean you deserve alot of money for it eather. there are kids who are diening every day because they have cancer. and they dont get any money hell they have to turn to others for help for treatment and still might not make it because so much money is going to law suit cases when it should be going tords helping find cures to save these kids from dieing prematurly.
