The insurance companies perpetrate continuous fraud upon consumers. Take a look at what they are doing in New Orleans to those poor people. The folks who had flood insurance are being told that the \”wind\” destroyed their home. The folks with hurricane insurance are being told that the \”water\” destroyed their home. They are refusing to write any new policies after taking these people\’s money for years and years. They will do and say ANYTHING to keep from paying off on a policy.

In New York, anyone who is injured in an automobile accident is quickly sent, by their insurance carrier, to a so called \”independent\” medical examination. They are then examined by doctors(quacks) who basically work for the insurance companies who give their \”paid for\” opinion that no further medical treatment is necessary. Their No Fault benefits are cut off immediately.

WAKE UP NEW YORK! The \”GOOD HANDS\” people will drop yopu like a hot potato and \”YOUR GOOD NEIGHBOR\” is only there for a minute before he leaves you high and dry.

Our politicians are being wined and dined by the insurance industry and as a result, the focus is being diverted from where it belongs. The industry has spent hundreds of millions of dollars to create the perception that they are losing money when in fact, they are posting RECORD PROFITS!

    Blame the victims.
    Blame the lawyers.

God forbid someone you love is crippled in an accident or mutilated by an incompetent physician and you are told that there is no coverage, only limited coverage or some rediculous \”cap\” on damages.

If that happens while and you have sat back and believed the nonsense in this article without writing to your state legislators, senators and congressmen…

    BLAME YOUSELVES!
