    new plans to become largest workers compensation writer (and terrorism insurer) in the country…..whether they want to or not. About time to wake up in Albany and realize that a free market is better than a state-owned market.

    Perhaps carriers would be more eager to report fraud if the respective county Attorney Generals were more receptive to prosecuting them. Or, even if a WC Judge now and again took a stick to the guilty instead of giving them more carrots.
