What about the over excessive surplus being held by the Non-Profit Blues within the state?

Seems like a good start to me to cutting rates, cut the surplus down. A second way to cut rates is punish the blood-sucking, ambulance chasing lawyers for all the meritless law suits they force insurance carriers to defend and the jackpot lottery payouts for medical mistakes.

Hey Fast Eddie here is a fast way to cut down on hospital infections: Inject all patients with polonium 2. It apparantly works real fast and the hospitals can discard the stuff with their regular medical waste. I\’m sure you, or someone in your party have the right contacts to purchase this \”cure-all.\” What a real hero you are!! JERK.
