Watch out- this guy is General Counsel at Willis. Isn\’t their CEO Joe Plumeri always leading the charge against contingency commissions – see what happens now!

Nah- we\’re safe until Spitzer starts running for the Senate or the Presidency. Then he\’ll need to grab a few headlines showing how he makes evil corporations and untrustworthy agents toe the line and someone will suffer. Maybe the insurance industry will get lucky and he\’ll go after car dealers.

I wish Spizter would find another target for his next wave of investigations and leave our contingencies alone. How about the health insurance carriers in New York State? Talk about monolopies and their ability to fix rates, control medical expenses, revenues, etc.
