    $50,000 fine for a marketing campaign that produced no complaints and is supported by prorata cancellation for anyone who wants one? I guess THAT\’S why Senators Kennedy and Kerry get reelected…state\’s residents vote for idiots.

    Just wait until we get competitive rating and see just how \”slippery\” some companies can be. If an agency had tried that trick we would have been fined out of existance, complaints or not.
