In order to repair or rebuild a dam a state must spend money….NH refuses to come up with a way to fund necessary services so the dams will continue to leak and the rivers will flood… Maybe the governor can put his finger in the hole and plug the leak… it\’s cheaper and politically easier than taxing residents for the services they need or want… pass the bail out bucket please!
