How about let the insurance companies determine what the rates should be.

I guess there are no real criminals in Massachusetts, the AG has nothing better to do than to examine insurance company documents.

Ernesto, If the insurance companies set their own rates that would be competition. Oh yeah, that’s what we’re supposed to have.

Why does MA think they need to continue to reinvent the wheel with car insurance. Ask the other insurance commissioners how they do it. COMPETITION.

Two simple questions. Is AG Coakley a desciple of Spitzer or some how related to him?
Is she going to declare early for a run at becoming the Gov of MA??
Commissioner Burnes is doing what an insurance commissoner should be and the AG ought to butt out!!

I would agree….These people have one thing in common. “If it worked for them maybe it’ll work for me” Deval Patrick (the original Mr. Feel Good)- Sen. Obama; and Sptitzer (let’s really f$#@ up a few thousand hard working people’s lives so I can get elected Governor) – AG Coakley. She should be spending her time going after the murderers, cheaters, and political HACKS. I don’t think she’ll get my vote.

An Arizona Supreme Court ruling released Thursday blocks insurance companies from lowering uninsured motorist payments to injured people who have received workers’ compensation payments.

The ruling against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance could also affect other cases where insurers cut payments for similar reasons.
