I am so proud of Secretary Galvin going after these companies. This is what needs to occur in every government office overseeing particular interests. It’s their job! A new set of ethics and morals needs to happen to protect consumers. Enough of these high-paid lobbyists paying off government officials, etc. It must be extremely difficlut to remain neutral. I can imagine the pressure to cave in to these high-paid sharks, but please, protect your citizens in your intended position. We, your citizens, rely on your protection. We are dying in this state from fraud and corruption and being monetarily raped by companies that are unscrupulous.

As an aside….And, why aren’t cell phone companies regulated for their fraudulent practices. 1-800-frustrate! We can never prove any resolution in our conversation, they never need to send anything as a notification in writing whether text, email, regular mail…Where are the legislators on this matter?
