finally. how long did it take to get the folks in our local government to understand what is fair is fair to all and not just those listed as residing in VA. it did not make any sense, because it did not cover those folks whom are traveling thru or touristing in our state. nor did it cover those military folks who are temporarily residing but have a home of record elsewhere. it was an unjust law! now, let’s get the money back to those folks.

Think about it; if it really had the “intended” effect of reducing “bad driving”, then the revenue generated would dwindle (maybe disappear) as people started driving “better”.
