finally. how long did it take to get the folks in our local government to understand what is fair is fair to all and not just those listed as residing in VA. it did not make any sense, because it did not cover those folks whom are traveling thru or touristing in our state. nor did it cover those military folks who are temporarily residing but have a home of record elsewhere. it was an unjust law! now, let’s get the money back to those folks.

Remember the names of these idiots that try to fill heir pockets at your expense. Do not vote for ahy of them, not even the ones who rushed to vote to repeal so they could stay in politics. That will not serve your future! They will look for other ways to tax and abuse you. You don’t have to sit back and take this! Thy claim they have to fill a gap, but they always had enough in th past, so why the sudden gap? They vote themselves raises of course! Think about it. Never mix revenue raising with behavior correction penalties. Think about it; if it really had the “intended” effect of reducing “bad driving”, then the revenue generated would dwindle (maybe disappear) as people started driving “better”. Obviously, they had other true intentions, not to “fix bad driving”!
