    a good plan! True that it is still new but if the kids are worried about it and taking precautions, then it’s working. Hopefully, other states will see this success (if they don’t already have a good plan in place) and maybe implement it.

    As long as I can still get a hummer in the back seat then I dont mind these laws.

    so far behind in California? This looks like it’s really working in Mass….we need more driver reform here in the Golden State. Stiffer penalties is the way to go. Not for just the newly licensed drivers, but for everyone in general. Especially those with DUI’s, etc…..Do you hear Mr. Governator?

    Because the dufus policians in this state can’t get their heads out of their usual place long enough to look around & see what works elsewhere. Not just the gov, but the whole lot of ’em!

    Like I’ve been saying all along…….make the consequences significant and you’ll change behavior. It’s the only thing some people understand.
