Why is this newsworthy for the insurance journal? Must be a slow day or something.

It’s like the movie the Birds. They have been attacking postal workers in another area, now bikers. Watch to the sky.

When he asked for some wild turkey on this ride he meant alcohol. That the ride would be more fun with booze. Sometimes God just doesn’t listen.

New Hampshire legislators need to pass a law that requires all turkeys to wear helmets while flying near motorcycles.

    More laws save lives!!!!

Two hens flying across the road? The article only indicated one.

It is clear that this too is directly related to George Bush – he is the cause of all problems.

Investigators have determined that this turkey was actually given a pardon last Thanksgiving and the White House failed to provide adequate supervision in the weeks following its release.

Nancy Pelosi has suggested that a new turkey proof fence should not be built along our highways as it discriminates against all other law abiding turkeys who wish to migrate here legally.

PETA will now be distributing small condoms to all wild Tom turkeys and instructing them on family planning and the proper way to wear the turkey condom without tearing it with their beaks.

But shouldn’t we be teaching the turkeys abstinence? If we give them condoms and tell them about safe sexual habits that will encourage the destruction of the traditional turkey family. These turkeys deserve to grow up in households with married tom and hen turkeys raising little turkey chicks.

The fault here should really be placed on the state of New Hampshire. They shouldn’t allow 62 year olds to be riding motorcycles, nor should they allow turkeys to run (fly?) free near roads.

NH really does need to get its act together and institute some more laws.

some of the comments are an embarrassment to our industry. Is it any wonder we are targets for criticism if those who are posting comments are representative of those in our industry.Although this accident is unusual, it is far from humorous if you are the injured party. About 7 years ago a coworker from Keene was fatally injured when a turkey flew into him on his motorcycle. I doubt his family would find any humor in the childish banter.
