good, we have similar laws in VA. i have a teen 17 who understands that mom and dad are strict when it comes to using the vehicle including doing things while driving. i encourage all parents to keep their heads up and look out for their own teen as well as others. if we teach them good habits, hopefully they become good drivers as well.
