    It’s as though Rhode Island were struck with a case of sense or some such. Actually holding adults accountable for their own actions. What will they think of next?

    What a fantastic ruling. Talk about not accepting any personal responsibility or accountibility for their our actions. They decided to drink and drive and now they are paying the price for their idiocy. Nice to see some common sense being used in the Courts.
