“The report recommends legislative remedies including higher physician reimbursement rates by insurers, medical malpractice reforms and a state loan-forgiveness program to attract young physicians to regions most in need.”

Let’s see…the problem is Doctors can’t afford to practice in rural areas and rural patients can’t afford to move to where the Doctors practice so its taxpayers to the rescue again. I guess you and I can afford it, right?

Loan Forgiveness??? Higher Rimbursement Rates??? We are talking aBout doctors here right? You pretty much bend over, grab your ankles and….. well you know. We pay & pay & pay for health care & medical costs, etc. How much more as Tax Payers do we and CAN we take.

Again, Loan Forgiveness???? If a doctor can’t pay back a loan but have a million dollar house, nice new car, etc. who do you think is getting the short end of the stick here?

Government Employees all need to be fired & new blood needs to be in office. Let’s see how all of the fat cat government employees can find a job, work 40+ hours a weeks, pay a great portion of their benefits and still put food on the table. They need a taste of working man syndrome. Maybe that will wake them up out of their stupor/

The only way anything will change is if we as Americans make our dissatisfaction known and vote the incumbents in political offices at every level out of office and create a changing of the guard.
