How can anyone who takes their job seriously, in the insurance field, possibly file such a frivolous lawsuit? We are bombarded with ridiculous claims and coverage questions daily and it takes our time and attention away from those who deserve our insurance knowledge as a benefit of service with us. At the very least, I hope this persons employer watches the situation in the jobplace.

Serious – you bet. But if the theatre had been using Orville Redenbucket’s brand, it could have been considered risk reduction.

    Most every kernel pops.

Plus, it doesn’t have those pesky hulls which can get caught between your teeth and lead to embarassing moments, especially if your date is a dental hygienist.

I think Paul Newman’s is better that Orville’s.

If he had any other caps and did eat the gummy bears that could loosen a cap also.

I hope he has the same outlook should he ever be sued for an E & O claim

It does make you laught though.

The judge should of given him zero for the toothache and $500,000.00 pain and suffering for permanent damage done by this stupid movie.

Okay, I’d be for this bailout if in the bill they pay for this guys dental work. At least he’s a consumer and will continue to spend dollars on movies and popcorn. Okay maybe no more popcorn, but other snacks. Oh, who am I kidding. Let’s ban popcorn. Prop 999: Make it unlawful to make, sell or distribute Popcorn or Popcorn products. Vote Yes! :-)

A Japanese doctor says, ‘Medicine in my country is so advanced that

we can take a kidney out of one man, put it in another, and have him

out looking for work in 6 weeks.’

A German doctor says, ‘That is nothing. We can take a lung out of
one person, put it in another, and have him out looking for work in
    four weeks.’

A British doctor says, ‘In my country, medicine is so advanced that
we can take half a heart out of one person, put it in another and have
both of them out looking for work in two weeks.’

The American doctor, not to be outdone, interjected, ‘You guys are
way behind. We are about to take a Muslim with no brains, put him in
the White House, and then half the country will be out looking for
    work in one week.’

I respectfully have to disagree with your review, but then again I have the maturity of a 17-year old. Superbad made me cry laughing, especially during the part when the kid was telling about his “disability” he had when he was younger which involved him drawing obscene pictures on everything.

It was much better than “Knocked Up.”

movie theaters can no longer sell Jujubes, Sugar Babies, or Sour Patch Kids to anyone with teeth. Cream of Wheat will be available to anyone afraid of popcorn. In addition, all Tootsie Pops will contain a warning label by the surgeon general advising you not to bite.

There’s this fun little website that has lots of silly buttons and t-shirts and whatnot.

One of the buttons that makes me giggle the most says:

    “Dear Morons,

Obama is not a secret Muslim.”

Not to fear, they have plenty of anti-left stuff too. They’re equal opportunity haters.

OneHorseShy.com, should you need a laugh and you’re not too mature, serious, and professional to have a sense of humor.

    Cheers!

Obama is no longer a Muslim because at the urging of his wife he converted a few years ago to being a Christian. Michelle felt it would make him more electable. He joined Reverend Jerimiah Wright’s church in Chicago where the likes of Oprah Winfrey also went. Obama and Oprah have now distanced themselves from this church. Obama is not really an African American as much as he is an Arab American. This is based on the fact that he is more of Arab decent than African. His name was Barry but he changed it to Barrack which sounds a lot more Muslim than Barry, most think. His middle name is Muslim but it is considered politically incorrect to point that out. Hussein is a well know Muslim name. Using Hussein which is his name brings back up the fact that he was raised a Muslim and takes away from the fact that he converted to a Christian church he has since distanced himself from. Please feel free to dispute any of this after you take the time to do a little research.

Then what? Is there something in the Constitution that says a Muslim can’t be president?

We’re electing a commander in chief, not a pastor in chief.

If we’re being technical, this country was founded on freedom of religion, so a person’s spiritual background should not have an effect on their legislative and executive decision making.

Of course many of our laws are influenced by Christian philosophies, some of which I agree with and many of which I don’t.

But I wouldn’t give a flying flap one way or the other if Obama or McCain were Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, or Branch Davidian. All I ask of them is to act with ethics; make good decisions that benefit the people; spend our taxes responsibly; and don’t lie or cheat us or allow other legislators to lie to us and cheat us.

While there have indeed been Muslims who have inflicted horrible things upon Americans, there are also Christians who have participated in terrorism (McVeigh, anyone?) and both have done so in the name of their religion.

So if you’re trying to scare me with Obama’s Muslim or Arab roots, nice try. But you’d be better off messing with someone gullible enough to fall for cheap attempts at diverting attention away from issues that actually matter.

No, YOU provide the “research”; for all I know these are nothing but assertions, meant to disparage by labeling instead of offering anything to back it up. That is the plain truth; before YOU spout off about anything, I would prefer you cite your sources. That is,after all, how you would have to approach it in a research paper or in a debate…… By the way, are you still gay and beat your wife? Anyone who wants to dispute THAT should feel free to provide the proof to the contrary. (you can keep your “facts”; why bother to let the truth get in the way?)

FYI, try fact check or simply not opening that lovely chain email your 3rd cousin from BFE sent you. Thank you, that is all.
