    Gee, did the state inspectors get better or did the industry go on campaign to get more violations? A 300% increase over prior year, wow! A new revenue source. Screw the businesses that already support the state. Take the $4.1M and the revenues from the 78,000 speeding tickets the cops wrote and the state might cover is deficit caused by it’s own mis-management of funds.

    It has to be the worst DOI I’ve ever seen in terms of timely handling of things. My guess is that these market conducts were from the 1980’s.
