Settle down – it was just a joke to highlight the massive fines they recently had to pay. I’m in no way condoning Safeco’s lack of compliance with CT state laws. The CT DOI isn’t the only state ramping up the number of market conduct exams to generate revenue…
…that the CT DOI owes a fruit basket to Safeco for those results.
Perhaps Safeco claims should have played fair in the first place. Perhaps Safeco should foot the payroll bill for the CT DOI as well!
