Perhaps should have let thepatients stew in their own juices and kept her mouth shut!

I back her up! She was looking out for the patients best interest. But the part that really got me on her side was that she isn’t asking for an obscene amount of money. Heck, even for $100k I would still back her up. She isn’t going to get rich off of this, she just wants to bring attention to this matter, and as we know, money talks. But this is just based off of what information I see in this article.

Very true. I am making a judgment based on what I read in the article. Normally I get really upset at our ligitous society, but this doesn’t seem like she is out to get rich (which I feel is the motivation of most plantiffs in civil courts, not what the real reason for civil court which is to indemnify the plantiff to how they were financially before the whole thing took place, not to get rich quick).

well, wonders if there is more than just that being an issue for the low amount she is asking for? she better have something to validate that she was fired for being nice thoughtful of patients. it could be that the company might settle out of court just because she’s asking for so little. she might be a little short on cash and ask for just a little bit. so we not sure of the whole store obviously.
