    Good for NYIA. Balancing a budget does not mean taxing Peter to pay Paul. Ins. assessments were set up for a reason and should be used as such. That should also apply to the NY DMV fee on Personal Auto and the Workers’ Compensation assessments. Lawmakers of all people should follow the law.

    so, why not sue all the legislatures individually and not just the state to begin with. afterall, it took those individual votes to allocate the money elsewhere. if we did this from a big company aspect, this would be called embezzlement. can we claim the governor and other state congressman for the same activity? when will the people stand up?!
