Why would ANYONE in their right mind agree to sign a statement virtually agreeing they were the perp..-if they weren’t ?
If he was the rapor, did the rapee agree to this ?

Well, yes, but if he knew they were going to bounce him from campus he should have told them to stick their agreement where the sun don’t shine & filed a suit right then & there.
