I’ve seen restaurants offering bottomless cups of coffee, when in fact, all the mugs had a bottom, but at the top, there was just a big hole to let the coffee out.
Apparently the culprit was a former boyfriend of one of the waitresses in the shop. Maybe he got tired of letting other guys seeing he nugs he no longer got to see?
Those poor waitresses!! First they had to work through the winter, and all entails. Now they have to work in a trailer! See what happens when you don’t get into a good college…….

in florida, i remember a few years ago, they had a carwash that was topless. you could not step out of the car! what was funny, when it first went up. it was men wearing firemans trousers! there was another that had women working it topless.
truly i don’t think we even consider everything. afterall, how many stone statues have you seen that includes these lovely sights of a woman’s bust area? just some folks like seeing the real thing instead.
Women would never serve coffee topless in a Muslim state. It is an embarassment to me to even read a story like this. How would you like it if your daughter had to serve coffee to men who were ogling her body and thinking unpure thoughts about her?

Part of it is a freedom of choice. I suspect that none of the waitresses at this coffee shop are there against their will. Most in fact I imagine are very proud of their bodies and femininity.
Part of if it is our culture celebrates freedom of religion. There is no one right way, please remember that.
This guy, Aa’idah El-Dalharni, is no more muslim than Cassius Clay or Lew Alcindor. If this was the story about the Dunkin Donuts incident or an accident at a fertilizer manufacturer, maybe. I think he is a prankster trying to stir up the bloggers.
first of all, it’s a matter of choice. as one said, it our freedom of speech. we have not banished artwork/sculptures that show busts of a lady. afterall, why should a woman be offended, when it comes to equal rights, we don’t make it offensive when men do it. if a man is topless, do we hear bells and whistles? we make it a big deal because it’s an unusual setting, a coffee shop in the Northeast. if we found this in the south, we probably would not have said anything. if the man had not burned down this shop, many of us would not have heard of this place existed. we don’t make a big deal of a strip club, why this?
I bet they could easily get volunteers to put a roof on the coffee shop so it would have a top. Poor baristas that get wet anytime it rains.
