    With respect to any personal injury claim, the injury sustained must result from the negligence of someone who had a duty of care towards you at the time of and in the circumstances of the accident. It is quite apparent that a Doctor does indeed owe a duty of care to his patient

    Medical Malpractic Insurance continues to be a serious problem in New York. Even with the rate increase, these carriers are still in serious financial trouble. Without some sort of reform the state will not ever even be able to beging to recover from what is a true crisis. Compared to the rest of teh country, which in realty has been somewhat stable, New York’s rates are still the soem of the highest you will see.
