    Sounds like Progressive and Mercury need to shake up their SIU departments and hire some new auditors!

    Agreed, but I can’t believe it took the carriers 10 years to figure this out! Don’t they audit their files?

    I agree, the bank employee did the right thing. Maybe a reward would be nice. But Progressive and Mercury should be looking for this and not let things go 10 years.

    The auditors look for “Big” items …. it has always been the small ones that get away … at least for a time.
