first of all the gov’t cannot regulate price of a business, neither state nor federal. feds have enough problems trying to solve the POSTAL system of it’s own and keeps raising the cost of stamps. state and feds can regulate tonnage on streets but not routes, because smaller trucks can still deliver. now with the healthcare plan in effect, they will have to offer them a plan to purch health insurance. i am suprised that they don’t help with that. afterall, it is a huge company. at one time, i used to be a company driver for a trucking company and we had health insurance. i can see where the suit might help and where it will fail.
