This former NJ Assemblyman is a prime example of what we get as elected officials when the political system is controlled by corruption, greed, avarice and a desire for power. The South Jersey political machine put him in office (not that the North Jersey machine is any different). How do we get rid of corrupt politicians? Do we have enough room in the jails for all of them?
They say that power corrupts. Truth is that power attracts the corrupt. There will always be an undercurrent of that in our politicians, and our control of that will not come to light unless we find a way to out bid the interest groups.
I don’t feel that we should put these people in jail and pay their upkeep. Personally I would just castrate them. If you want to be humane about it, then do it chemically, I don’t care. Pedophiles should be shot, burned, drawn/quartered, hung and then shot again.
