    I would expect this from our AG. Getting tough on businesses who dont carry WC or who get cancelled because their business is suffering due to poor economic situation is certainly appropriate, but assessing the same penalties as felons who scam the WC system? What a political jesture! If she wants to go after felons there’s plenty in the state government and legislature…Oh, but most happen to be Martha’s hack Demo buddies. She needs them for her next attempt to get elected to higher office. Go Martha!

      I don’t like her either, but I am seeing too many legitimate contractors undercut by guys not paying the freight for WC on their employees. As far as I am concerned, this is a scam, and should be punished as such.
