    I’m still having trouble grasping where he has a valid claim against his insurance company. Far as I’m aware, arson has always been excluded from coverage. And filing a claim for emotional distress? I dunno, I think that his wife might have a bigger claim in regards to that.

    i agree. it’d be like i set fire to my car and file a claim and it becomes fraudelent. well, he should be headed for jail. don’t think there will be any alimony!

    Some attorney’s should be slapped right up-side the head!
