What a ridiculous law! I cannot imagine HOW one person is supposed to “manage” a crowd of 250 people. What are they hiring, cowboys with lassoes? Shepherds from Germany with German shepherds? I certainly cannot see how four “managers” could control 1,000 people either. Seems like a bill whose only real intent is to take a miniscule bite out of the unemployment statistics.

It also adds on an additional layer of people to sue when things go wrong and a liability exposure if they miscalculate the crowd size.
An on-line class?? No real life training experience?? You have got to be kidding!
In Florida we call them “Off Duty Police” and they come with more than a certificate for an on-line course.
